My painting "The Totality" presents the light and atmosphere when experiencing a total eclipse. I have witnessed a total eclipse in 2017 and 2024. The enveloping nature of the dark and moving light at totality is like none other. Celestial motion becomes a very personal experience. "The Totality" was selected for exhibition in the 2024 "Changing American Landscapes" show at the Maryland Federation of Art.
Received Juror's Choice Award at the 2024 "Changing American Landscapes" Exhibit.
